By accessing and using our website or booking a stay at Camp Kink, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Eligibility
- Camp Kink is an adults-only campground. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to enter and use our facilities. (To obtain alcohol from the bar you must be 19 with proof of age)
- Proper identification will be required upon check-in.
Privacy and Code of Conduct
- Camp Kink is a kink and fetish-friendly, clothing-optional environment. We ask all guests to respect the privacy and personal space of others.
- Photography is strictly prohibited without prior consent from all parties involved.
- Disrespectful or non-consensual behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
- All activities must be safe, sane, and consensual, in accordance with our guidelines for kink and fetish activities.
Furniture and Hygiene
- At no time shall any guest be naked while using any Camp Kink furniture. Towels must be placed between the guest and the furniture to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Towels are available for purchase or rent at the general store if needed.
Reservations and Cancellations
- Reservations are required for all stays at Camp Kink. Availability is limited, especially during peak seasons.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before your reservation date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded.
Pets
- Pets are allowed at Camp Kink, provided they are legal in New Brunswick and their owners follow our pet policies.
- Pets must not disturb other guests and must be kept on a leash in public areas unless in the designated dog park.
Facilities and Use
- Guests are expected to follow the campground’s rules and guidelines while using the Playroom/Dungeon, pool, hot tubs, and saunas.
- Equipment in the Playroom/Dungeon is to be used safely and responsibly. Camp Kink is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of this equipment.
- Guests are responsible for keeping their camp areas clean and disposing of trash in designated bins.
Fire Safety
- Campfires are permitted only in designated areas. Firewood can be purchased at our general store.
- In the event of a provincial fire ban, guests must adhere to all guidelines and cease campfire activities.
Liability
- Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Camp Kink is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during your stay.
- We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal property.
Amendments
- Camp Kink reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of the guest to review these updates.
